How do I create a quote or invoice?

Open the app and tap the Builder tab. Select whether you're creating a Quote or Invoice, fill in the job details and line items, then tap Share PDF to send it to your client.

Can I add my own logo to invoices?

Yes. Go to Settings → Business Profile and tap the logo area to upload your company logo. It will appear on all future quotes and invoices.

How do I mark a job as paid?

Open the job or invoice, scroll to the bottom, and tap Mark as Paid. This updates the finance records and stops any automatic reminders for that invoice.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also email us at support@hyenalabs.co.uk and we'll process it for you.

Is my business data secure?

Yes. All your data is encrypted and stored securely using Google Firebase, which meets industry-standard security requirements. Sensitive information (client details, business info) is additionally encrypted on your device before being sent to our servers. We never sell your data to third parties.

Does the app work offline?

Some features such as viewing existing jobs and clients are available offline. Creating new records or syncing data requires an active internet connection.

I found a bug — how do I report it?

Email us at support@hyenalabs.co.uk with a description of what happened, the steps to reproduce it, and your device model and iOS/Android version. We take all bug reports seriously and aim to fix issues quickly.
